iDeal

· This opens the familiar online banking application of your own bank

· The relevant details of your purchase will already be shown

· You merely authorise the payment in the usual manner

· Your bank confirms your payment

· You return to the online store – order accepted and payment successful!

Paypal

PayPal is a faste, safe, easy way to pay, so you can shop more securely, wherever you're clicking. Your financial information stays safe with PayPal. Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, pay the order after placing the order with stating your ordernumber. You get a confirmation e-mail whit the amount of payment and account number in it. If you choose this payment, the amount need to be within 7 days on our bank account of Carat23 ® credited. When the payment after this period has not yet been received, the order is automatically canceled and void the agreement. The order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery within the Netherlands.

We aim to send your order out within 1 working day. As soon as your order has been processed , you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number in order to follow the package online.

Delivery rate Europe: € 19,-

Delivery rate rest of world: € 29,-

(note for delivery outside Europe, additional import duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the consumer)

Returns & Replacements

You may at any time within 14 working days of delivery of the product to you change your mind and cancel your order and receive a full refund provided that you return the product to us in its original condition and with its original packaging and all tags attached. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

In the event that a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as set out below or at info@carat23.com and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Warranty

The product is guaranteed for six months from delivery from material defects. This warranty does not apply to defects in the products caused by: Fair wear and tear; Wilful damage, abnormal storage and working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;If you fail to operate the product in accordance with the instructions; and any changes or modifications made to it by you
